Smart merge: Customers are matched to existing records by phone number. If a phone matches, the existing record is updated (lifetime spend, last visit, etc. are refreshed). New phones become new records. Existing records with no phone match are kept as-is.

The CSV must use the Square Customer Directory format with these columns: Customer Tier, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Nickname, Company Name, Street Address 1, Suite/Office Number, City, State, Postal Code, First Visit, Last Visit, Lifetime Transaction Count, Lifetime Spend.

What the customer reported — symptoms, warning lamps, driveability, or codes. Each complaint can have photos.

What we diagnosed — root cause of each complaint, plus anything else uncovered during inspection.

What we did to fix it — parts replaced, cleanings performed, resets and tests run.

A plain-English overview shown at the top of the customer report. If left blank, the report skips this section.

Some vehicles have multiple DPFs. Each filter tracks its own readings, wire test, and condition.

For shop use only — not shown on the customer report. Parts ordered, next-visit reminders, unusual observations, tech-to-tech context, etc.

Wire test reports, flow bench printouts, customer sign-offs, and other record-level documents. Before/after filter photos are attached to each filter above.

⚠ This will replace all current inventory items. Backup your data first if you want to keep the previous state. The CSV must use the Square Inventory Report format with these columns: Categories, Reporting Category, Item Name, SKU, Description, Item Type, Retail Price, Cost, Default Vendor Name, Current Quantity On-Hand.

ℹ This scans your inventory for items vendored from Dinex Emissions and matches each to the Dinex catalog by SKU or by part number embedded in the item name. Review the matches below before applying. Items that already have an OEM Part Number will not be touched.

ℹ This scans your inventory for DPF items and matches each one to compatible DEF Injectors using a two-tier approach. Tier 1 (page-paired ✦): If the DPF SKU appears on a Dinex EPA 10–21 system diagram, the DEF Injector listed on that same diagram is used (highest accuracy). Tier 2 (engine fallback): Otherwise, the DEF Injector is engine-matched from the catalog table. DPFs that already have a DEF Injector in their Hardware and Electronics list will be skipped.

ℹ This scans your inventory for DPF items and matches each one to compatible NOx Sensors using a two-tier approach. Tier 1 (page-paired ✦): If the DPF SKU appears on a Dinex EPA 10–21 system diagram, the NOx Sensors listed on that same diagram are used (highest accuracy — gives you the actual inlet/outlet pairs for that aftertreatment system). Tier 2 (engine fallback): Otherwise, all engine-matching NOx Sensors are listed (broader, less precise — tech will need to filter). DPFs that already have a NOx Sensor in their Hardware and Electronics list will be skipped.

ℹ This scans your inventory for DPF items and matches each one to compatible Temperature Sensors using a two-tier approach. Tier 1 (page-paired ✦): If the DPF SKU appears on a Dinex EPA 10–21 system diagram, the Temperature Sensors listed on that same diagram are used (highest accuracy). Tier 2 (engine fallback): Otherwise, all engine-matching Temperature Sensors are listed (broader, less precise). DPFs that already have a Temperature Sensor in their Hardware and Electronics list will be skipped.

NOTE: Temperature Sensors typically come in 2-3 per aftertreatment system (DOC-out, DPF-out, SCR-out positions). Tier 1 page-pairing gives you all sensors shown on that diagram.

ℹ This scans your inventory for DPF items and matches each one to compatible DEF Pumps using a two-tier approach. Tier 1 (page-paired ✦): If the DPF SKU appears on a Dinex EPA 10–21 system diagram, the DEF Pumps listed on that same diagram are used (highest accuracy). Tier 2 (engine fallback): Otherwise, all engine-matching DEF Pumps are listed (broader, less precise). DPFs that already have a DEF Pump in their Hardware and Electronics list will be skipped.

NOTE: A given aftertreatment system normally has only one DEF Pump.

Tier 1 (page-paired ✦): If the DPF SKU appears on a Dinex EPA 10–21 system diagram, the Pressure Sensors listed on that same diagram are used (highest accuracy). Tier 2 (engine fallback): Otherwise, all engine-matching Pressure Sensors are listed (broader, less precise). DPFs that already have a Pressure Sensor in their Hardware and Electronics list will be skipped.

NOTE: A delta-pressure sensor measures across the DPF. Most systems have one.
