Opener: "Hey [customer], this is [your name] over at Precision DPF Services — I'm following up on the estimate we sent you back in [date] for [service]."
Qualify: "Just wanted to see — is the truck still down, or did you get it sorted somewhere else?"
If still open: "I've got availability this week and we can usually turn these around in about 24 hours now. Want me to get you on the schedule?"
If went elsewhere: "Totally understand — mind if I ask what made the difference? Price, timing, something else? I want to make sure we're a real option next time."
Choose how to handle the backup file:
Discard current data and fully restore from the backup file. Use this if something broke or you want to revert to an earlier state.
Keep all your current work. Only add quotes from the backup that aren't already here (matched by estimate #). Use this to bring in new quotes from a fresh export.
We detected your CSV columns. Confirm that each field maps to the right column. Required fields are marked with *.
